The Registration Fee must accompany your completed application

In computing your total tuition costs, figure the tuition for the student in the highest grade first. The 2 nd child and 3 rd child receive discounts accordingly.

Tuition Payment Options:

  1. 5% discount given on tuition owed if paid in full on or prior to September 10.
  2. Nine monthly payments: September 10 through May 10 th
    Eleven monthly payments: September 10 through July 10 th
  3. Semi-Annual payment option; two payments of one-half to be paid in September and January

ANNUAL FEES

Annual fees must be paid before student can attend school  

  • K4$ 150.00
  • Primary 1 and 2 $ 350.00
  • Intermediate 1 and 2 $ 350.00
  • High School (9th grade) $ 550.00*

(Annual fees are paid to cover the costs of all text, classroom supplies i.e. paper, paint etc., Stanford testing, ACSI membership, ACSI student insurance, warrior folders, technology fees and swim lessons for grades 1st-4th). 

* The additional $200 for the high school annual fee is to cover accreditation certification costs. This cost is subject to change according to Pensacola Christian Academy cost requirement which we will follow

Note: Families send monthly payments to TVCS, 386 N. Verde Dr., Ontario, OR 97914.

Please do not send your child to school with a payment

*Payments are due on the 10th day of the month and are considered late on the 20th ($10 late fee charged). Returned check fee $25.00.
